Complete
Complete snagging survey with thermal imaging and drone
Everything in Essential, plus the diagnostics a walk-round cannot do. Thermal imaging across the building fabric, cavity wall inspection and a drone roof survey. Missing insulation, cold bridging and roof defects are invisible on handover day. They show up in your heating bills for the next twenty years.
We cover Rugby and the wider Midlands. Check the areas we cover.
Book with a neighbour: both save £50. Three or more on the same street: £75 each. Mention your neighbour's surname when you book. The 20% offer comes off first, then the neighbour saving is applied.
