Essential
Every defect found, logged and evidenced. The full room-by-room inspection, inside and out, loft and grounds included, with moisture and damp metering throughout. Your report is severity-rated and structured so your site manager can allocate it straight to trades.
Complete
Everything in Essential, plus the diagnostics a walk-round cannot do. Thermal imaging across the building fabric, cavity wall inspection and a drone roof survey. Missing insulation, cold bridging and roof defects are invisible on handover day. They show up in your heating bills for the next twenty years.
Managed
Everything in Complete, plus we do the chasing. We return once your developer says the works are done, check every item off, and confirm in writing what was actually fixed. We deal with your site team directly, so you are not spending six months on it.

What actually happens when you book.
You choose your service level and bedroom count, and the price appears on screen. We confirm your date by return and take payment 48 hours before the inspection, so nothing needs settling on the day and you don't need to be there while we work.
We strongly recommend scheduling your survey within the first 7 days of moving in to ensure any defects are caught and reported to your builder as early as possible. We go through the whole property room by room, inside and out, loft and grounds included, photographing and severity-rating every defect against published tolerances and Building Regulations. Within 24 hours, you have a comprehensive report you can send straight to your developer.
